The Opportunity

***First 3 months full time in the office in Crewe, then 2 days from home and 3 in the office***

Hours of work between 8am & 6pm on a rota

Swansway Motor Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive Contact Centre Advisor to join our dedicated team. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, supporting them with everything from Service bookings to MOTs, ensuring an exceptional aftersales experience. Role Responsibilities

In the role of Contact Centre Advisor, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the high standards of customer service Swansway Motor Group is known for. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be tasked with:  

  • Engaging with customers to schedule Services, MOTs, and vehicle health checks  
  • Arranging Service Plans and overseeing various product campaigns  
  • Proactively reaching out to remind customers of upcoming services and care needs  
  • Collaborating within a close-knit team to enhance customer experiences  
  • Prioritising positive customer journeys in line with Swansway's ethos
