• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right vehicle.
• Clearly explain the features, benefits, and ownership experience of electric vehicles, including charging, range, and technology.
• Stay informed on the latest EV trends, government incentives, and charging infrastructure to confidently advise customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using dealership systems.
• Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience at every stage of the sales journey — from initial enquiry to handover and beyond.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support the overall success of the dealership.

• You have proven experience in car sales, ideally within a franchised or branded dealership.
• You're confident, enthusiastic, and highly self-motivated, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, always putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
• You take a proactive, can-do approach and thrive both independently and when working as part of a team.
• You're well-organised, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
• You're comfortable with technology and excited by the innovative features of today’s modern vehicles.
