As an Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining clear, accurate records and working closely with management and workshop teams to ensure all procedures are followed correctly.
- Administer and manage all submissions, including credits, claims, rejections, and goodwill requests.
- Conduct thorough checks on warranty documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain and update relevant computerised systems.
- Provide guidance and support to frontline staff on warranty-related queries.
- Assist in improving warranty processes and ensuring the department remains audit-ready.
About you
About You
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and an effective communicator. Experience in warranty administration—particularly within an automotive or similar technical environment—will be highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in Dealership administration.
- Experience within Service or a technical support environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
