The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at our Head Office in Crewe where you will take ownership of recruitment across the Group. From Sales Executives and Service Advisors to Technicians, Managers and support functions, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring the best talent in the motor industry.

More about the role

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple dealerships and business functions
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the Group
  • Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and market trends
  • Creating engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns
  • Proactively sourcing talent through job boards, LinkedIn and networking
  • Managing candidate experience from application through to offer
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organised and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Passion for delivering a first-class candidate experience
  • Full UK driving licence as there will be some travel to our sites (fully expensed)
